Exchange Program

Receive a reconditioned replacement part for many types of electronics and motors in exchange for a broken part.

When you order an exchange part from NGS, we will ship you a fully reconditioned part with a one-year limited warranty.

(The warranty does not cover failure of parts due to outside circumstances such as power failures, associated parts that are either substandard or non-functional, or if the failure was caused by an act of God.)

Upon receipt of your reconditioned part, carefully package and return your non-working part using the pre-paid shipping label that comes with the exchange.

If we do not receive your non-working part, you will be billed for a core you did not return. The core-charge amount varies depending on the part exchanged.

To find the amount of the core charge, refer to your original invoice.
