- Failure within 30 days of Invoice date. Replacement sent out with UPS RS label for defective.
- Failure after 30 days of Invoice date. Repair Authorization (RA) with UPS RS label will be issued.
Outside the continental U.S. Limited Warranty (6 months):
- Failure within 6 Months of Invoice date. Repair Authorization (RA) issued for warranty repair. All shipping costs to and from NGS at customer's expense.
