Weight Pin, Red Handle

This FreeMotion replacement weight pin has a 3-7/8" shaft with a 3/8" diameter, and comes with a tether. OEM #GZ10195 weight pin is designed for most FreeMotion GZFM flat benches, utility benches, preacher curl machines, and smith machines. Also used on the FreeMotion Beauty Bell rack and plate-loaded squat machines. Weight pins are a critical component in these strength machines. However they often go missing in high-traffic gym environment.
