• 5/8 x 18 x 2.5" thread
• The ISHB - 2” bolt is the only size bolt we use for all sizes of cast iron dumbbells .
• The ISHB - 2" bolt is used for all Rubber plate dumbbells up to 17.5lbs.
• The ISHB2 - 2 1/2" bolt is used for Rubber Plate Dumbbells heavier than 17.5lbs and 8kgs.
