Please follow these instructions when sending in a part for repair:
- Complete the web purchase of the item you want repaired. You will be given a REPAIR AUTHORIZATION number at the conclusion of the purchase.
- Write the REPAIR AUTHORIZATION number on the outside of the shipping box.
- Remember to package your part carefully. We are not responsible for parts that arrive damaged.
- Upon receipt of your part you will receive and confirming email.
- Once the part is repaired you will be notified either by email or phone that your part has shipped.
- If there is a problem with repairing your part, we will contact you
