Installation

• When installing a replacement motor, belt tension must be set as follows:
• 85 lbs +/- 5 (39 kgs +/- 2) 80-90 lbs (36-41 kgs)
• Too much tension will likely result in a broken motor shaft and NGS warranty will not cover this.

Inside the continental U.S Limited Warranty (6 months):

• Failure within 30 days of Invoice date. Replacement sent out with UPS RS label for defective.
• Failure after 30 days of Invoice date. Repair Authorization (RA) with UPS RS label will be issued.

Outside the continental U.S. Limited Warranty (6 months)

• Failure within 6 Months of Invoice date. Repair Authorization (RA) issued for warranty repair. All shipping costs to and from NGS at customer's expense.
