Exchange, Display Pcb, Serial# Required

Serial Number Required: Please provide serial number for software upload on Checkout under Instructions for the Order.

Exchange Terms: 

• No exchanges outside the contiguous US. 
• If an exchange is not available, Click Here to use our Electronics Repair Service. 
• You will be charged $315.00 if a serviceable core is not returned. 

Limited Warranty (one year): 

• Failure within 30 Days of Invoice date. We will ship a replacement at no charge.  
• Failure after 30 Days of Invoice date. Repair Authorization (RA) with Call Tag will be issued.  
• Warranty is limited to either one exchange or one repair attempt. If the problem persists, the original cost of the will be refunded with no further action required by NGS.
