Troubleshoot:

• If wheels squeak, have customer get a flat head screw driver and open the gap between the wheel assembly.
• If wheels do not sit in the cover, the paint on the inside of the wheel cover makes it thicker. It should line up if they sand down the inside of the cover where the shaft sits.
