A core charge of $850.00 will be charged if a serviceable core is not returned.

One Year Limited Warranty

Failure within 30 Days of Invoice date. Replacement will be shipped out.
Failure after 30 Days of Invoice date. Repair Authorization (RA) with Call Tag will be issued.
If the failure is a result of excessive amp draw caused by, either belt/deck friction or motor armature problem, the warranty is void.
Warranty is limited to either one exchange or one repair attempt. If the problem persists, the original cost of the will be refunded with no further action required by NGS.
